Living in the Moment

It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the mundane tasks of our day-to-day lives. It’s easy to fall into that trap of thinking about the future and mulling over what’s happened in the past. It’s a piece of cake!

When is the last time you sat/stood/glanced at your surroundings and thought, “Wow, this is life” How often do you put down your smart phone and stop and stare for awhile? When is the last time you felt gratitude for what you have instead of expecting what you have to be there?

Life is not a mission to get through. Regardless of what you believe in, it’s a journey and a gift from the universe. Please don’t ever forget to stop and smell the roses. Life is too short to be focused on a time that is not now.

That is my little spill for today. If you are reading this, thank you for your time. Now, please go out and have yourself a lovely labour day. 🙂

Peace.
